We have good news for you this autumn, Gordon Ramsay is coming to Hong Kong! The celebrity chef has opened a new restaurant on Wyndham Street. A huge space with an industrial art deco interior peppered with whimsical yellow highlights. The restaurant has an open kitchen, allowing you to see all the cooks working in tandem. A couple of candles, dim lighting, soothing music, cocktails, trendy and relaxed customers...There's no denying it's a winning combo. Everything is crowned with a warm welcome, and an unpretentious menu. The flat bread is to die for. The King Crab is perfect, the spicy mayo burger is really good, and the macaroni & cheese lobster is simply divine. We completely fell under the spell of this place, and were conquered by the dishes. We are certainly coming back.
