Welcome to Tosca, the one Michelin star Italian restaurant within the luxurious hotel which offers one of the most beautiful view of the Hong Kong skyline. Saturday lunch offer includes the wine pairing and invites you to a truly culinary journey with 4 or 5 courses with a choice of meat or fish.
I chose the carnivorous option and the 5 dishes (boum!). From the amuse-bouche to dessert, including the bell pepper risotto with pancetta, the loin of lamb and the incredible selection of Italian cheeses (do not miss it!), it was flawless thanks to Julien, the restaurant manager and his team, very caring for us. The wine pairing with the selection of Tosca’s passionate sommelier Leo is a real bonus that makes the whole experience even more magical.
You definitely have to try the Saturday Summer lunch!
