At Sandra’s, who’s an aromatherapist, people come to relax, open their chakras, take care of their bodies, minds and spirits. Arhome Spa&Lab offers various treatments including Reiki and professional massages given by certified practitioners. For now, everything is still done within her home. She welcomes us in her pretty apartment that has a stunning view of the sea, before bringing you to the quaintly decorated treatment room. Before you start, Sandra asks a bunch of questions in order to get a sense of who you are and what shape you’re in mentally and physically. She then reads up on a few things, conjures up a magic potion, or a mix of essential oils at least, adapted and tailor made to your own needs. She even gives you a small roll on that you can keep and use whenever you feel like it. After which of course we get our massage, and what a massage! Not too strong, nor too weak, perfect amount of pressure and a controlled touch. Then we took our Reiki session, a relaxation method that gets rid of tension, negative thoughts, and conflicting emotions in order to soothe the soul. It was pretty intense for something that doesn’t even include any touching. A true “art form”! The Reiki master heats his hands in accordance to whatever area is sensitive or weakened by sickness or psychological problems, like anxiety, neurosis, phobias or even relationship blocks. Aromatherapy holistic massage: 990HKD including consultation for the first session. Then 590HKD for 60 min, 790HKD for 90 min, 990 for 120 min.
Reiki : 1080 HKD including consultation for the first session, then 580 HKD for 45 -60min.
