One for the meat lovers out there.
CHURRASCARIA are quintessentially Brazilian eateries serving up grilled meats on giant skewers (Rodizios). The only rule of thumb: feast, drink and indulge, and Braza ticks all the boxes. The concept: you first hit the buffet for a large selections of cold cuts, salads, hot sides and fresh fruits. Then starts the procession of waiters bringing all sorts of different firewood grilled meats that are cut in front of you: beef, chicken, lamb, sausages… whatever your heart desires. The meats are melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly grilled and extremely moreish. If you’re still hungry after that, you can go back to the buffet. If you’re really starving, they keep the skewers coming. When you’re finally stuffed, you flip over the red dot- as long as it’s green they’ll presume you’re still hungry. And if you haven’t eaten in 5 days, you can go for dessert, we never made it that far.
To wash it all down and let the Latino party go on, we ordered Caipirinhas, a perfect end to our Brazilian escapade.
