Bellota-Bellota® Tasting Experience – a very pornfood pop-up

Bellota-Bellota® carefully curated selection of Spanish products, including their world reckoned Iberian hams, is settling-up on Gage Street for the next 6 months. 
 
You are invited to join this pop-up and enjoy the best of Bellota-Bellota®: a selection of vintage hams and Iberian meats but also Cantabrie anchovies, Manchego cheese … only the best produces Spain has to offer. 

This pop-up is also featuring on-site tasting experience through three different set menus including dishes such as Risotto ceps (OMG, this one is too good) w/ Iberian ham, Mashed potatoes w/ Iberian ham or Andalusian Gazpacho. But you might also wanna go for a very piggy sandwich: the Imperial Sandwich (HKD 190) with Bellota-Bellota® Iberico Ham, the Royal Sandwich (HKD 130) with tender Lomito or the Trevelez Sandwich (HKD 70) with Trevelez ham.  

The star of this pornfood show? Definitely the Sichuan Bellota Sandwich, an exclusive creation by Michelin-starred Chef Vicky Cheng. An innovative and super yummy bite embracing the Chef’s Asian roots while highlighting the very distinctive taste of Jabugo ham: fresh soft and crispy baguette, layers of Jabugo ham, spicy Sichuan artichoke puree and Manchego topped with romaine lettuce, smoked and pickled garlic slices, a touch of olive oil, pepper and chives. So yummy! 
 
The pop-up is open until March 2019 and I feel like it’s gonna be one of my winter headquarters. Good job on bringing the heat of Spain to the streets of Hong Kong Bellota-Bellota®.
