F.A.B. has a new menu

Some works inside during a few weeks, higher ceiling, more comfortable sofas, and most of all a new menu. F.A.B. is even better than before!
You can still find most of the main signature dishes we already loved (the cheese platter, beef tartare or organic salmon), but you will also discover new delicious dishes. Generous portions and quality are still there. Everything is simple but very well done and tasty. Just as we like it. Seabass ceviche or Tuna carpaccio, Parma ham tartine to be shared, Cod with eggplant caviar (one of my favorite) and some other new recipes, each of them being a success.
 
Their beef cuts are all ultra tender, homemade french fries are a must and desserts are so frenchy: chocolate mousse just like when we were kids, creme brulée as we dream of, lemon tart… we have to admit, French gastronomy is something we kind of miss sometimes.  
 
Not only it is one of our favorite bistro, F.A.B. is also an excellent casual restaurant for a good french meal, easy-going and without this bad surprise when the bill comes.
