Ho Lee Fook : funky Chinese kitchen in Soho

October 6th 2014

Hey foodies, this news is for you! First we love this restaurant's cheeky name, which by the way means “fortune in your mouth” in Cantonese, and it happens to be one of the best new eateries in HK. Inspired by the local street food he knows well, Chef Jowett Yu has devised an incredibly delicious twist on each one of the well known classics. We strongly recommend the quintessential spring rolls, which are the best we’ve ever had, and the “sous vide” Wagyu beef rib cooked for 17 hours and served with Kimchi scallions and jalapeño paste. The best way to get in is to book a table for 5 or more. As a walk in you will wait for about an hour. We will come again soon to try other dishes!
