On hearing the name we thought it was a good concept. We weren’t wrong! IPC Foodlab does more than serving good food in a nice “green” setting. To provide its customers with products of the highest quality, IPC Foodlab spares no expense: they get food straight from the garden and local farms to your plate! The local farm cultivates organic fruit and veg and the chefs cook them in an inventive manner. If veggie restaurants ruffle your feathers, fear not, the menu also offers meat and fish. We tried the potato salad and smoked salmon, penne gratin, and prawn pasta with parmesan sauce. Everything was really good. We just regret that the portion sizes weren’t bigger. In terms of dessert, don’t hesitate, go the chocolate fondant! We took the time to sit in the restaurant and experience the whole thing but you can also go for the takeaway option. You will have the choice between salads, hot dishes, as well as desserts. Go on, head for Caine Road!
