Monday
Breakfast
1 egg, 1 kiwi, 1 grapefruit juice, a few almonds, green tea
Lunch
Chicken kebab + a cooked tomato cut in half with s sprinkle of herbs of Provence, salt, pepper
Dinner
Mixed steamed vegetables (unlimited!). A 0% fat yogurt
 
Tuesday
Breakfast
2 pieces of whole grain toast with a little butter + fresh orange juice and green tea
Lunch
Salmon tartare with mango
A peach
Dinner
A large tomato and basil salad (unlimited). A few dried fruits. A 0% fat yogurt
 
Wednesday
Breakfast
1 egg, 1 kiwi, 1 grapefruit juice, green tea
Lunch
Pad Thai (gluten free)
An apple
Dinner
A big shredded carrot salad with shallots. A few almonds. 0% fat free yogurt
 
Thursday
Breakfast
2 pieces of whole grain toast with a little butter + fruit salad and green tea
Lunch
White fish en Papillotte (like cod) with a bit of olive oil, lemon, ginger and coriander + mixed grilled mushrooms and courgettes. A kiwi
Dinner
A large green bean salad (French beans, shallots, tomato, olive oil, salt, pepper). 0% fat yogurt.
 
Friday
Breakfast
2 eggs, 1 kiwi, 1 fresh orange or grapefruit juice, green tea
Lunch
Pork filet + peas. Fruit salad
Dinner
Cooked carrot salad with cumin. A few dried fruits. A 0% fat free yogurt
 
Saturday
Breakfast
3 gluten-free pancakes with a bit of acacia honey if you don’t like them plain + a fresh kiwi/ orange/grapefruit juice + green tea
Lunch
Mixed salad + grilled gambas. A kiwi
Dinner
Go out and eat whatever you want !
 
Sunday
Breakfast
A large fruit salad + a few almonds+ green tea
Lunch
Courgette salad (courgettes, lemon, coriander, olives, olive oil) + steamed white fish. Apple or peach compote
Dinner
Ratatouille with a bowl of brown rice. A 0% fat free yogurt
 
Don’t hold back:
Soups of all sorts
Mixed Salads
Fish in all its forms
Fruits for breakfast
Fat free yogurts and dried fruits for snacking
Green tea (great for weight loss)
Thyme infusions (detoxifying)
Drink lots of water, which helps to eliminate
Almonds (great for skin and your heart)
Oils such as olive, coconut or avocado oil
White meats, fish and seafood
Eat all sorts of seasonal fruit and veg
Favour green veg
If you feel like munching, drink green tea first ; often it’s dehydration that makes us feel hungry
 
Avoid :
Alcohol, it goes straight to the blood stream provoking a spike in insulin that will transform it into fat.
Don’t eat meat everyday, unnecessary
Red meat
Banish sugar
Snacking (well duh)
