Porterhouse by Laris: new brunch, new A la Carte menu

When the king of Porterhouse Steak launches its new brunch with a new logo and a new chef, it gives us the perfect occasion to go back and have a look (and a taste).
 
We always love when a large and delightful buffet welcomes us, as well as a very caring and smily staff. Meat lovers, you will be spoiled: the carving station won’t disappoint! Seafood lovers, you won’t be left out: a splendid seafood bar including lobsters, crabs and oysters sets in the center. Vegetarians, you will be very pleased by the large selection of various salads. You understood, there is choice for all taste. If for you (or your hungry buddy), a brunch, whatever the size of the buffet is, means Eggs benedict, pancakes with Maple syrup or a big cheesy burger, add a couple of HK$ and enjoy. Their mains are awesome.
Some bubbles to make it perfect? Choose one of the Free flow options, Chandon or Veuve Cliquot, and why not Martini, Gin & Tonic or Porterhouse Mary.
 
We haven’t tried the new weekday menu but it promises delights. More steaks (7 different ones + 1 more coming shortly), more seafood (including lobster) and more veggie options. To try as soon as possible!
