The Nail Library

This is HK's latest hotspot for getting your nails ship shape! Everyone's talking about Nail Library, which is perched up in Sheung Wan. The location resembles a New York loft space and is as trendy as can be! On top that, they have a whole range of mani/ pedi treatments, and can choose from thousands of nail colours and top nail varnish brands of like Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel, Essie, OPI… or even go for Shellac. Their herbal foot baths are so good- the perfect balance between invigorating and caressing. If you fancy going for something a little unconventional, allow the masters of the nail trade to do their magic using original decals or sprinkling a little (or a lot) of sequins- just wait until you see! Even if we can only say good things about the way the pedicure turned out, and even if everyone is telling us that this is "the place to be", we would still have preferred The Nail Library to have been a bit more comfy - and with a more caring environment. The NY loft concept is great, but it's it's a bit of pity that it hasn't been used to its full potential.
