Weekend champagne lunch at Le 39V Hong Kong

Winter is just around the corner. No more weekend on the beach, no more junk boats, no more barbecues … but that’s ok, cheer up it’s only for a few months plus I got a few ideas for you to enjoy your winter weekends. What would you think of treating yourself to free-flow Roederer champagne, French cuisine and amazing view over Hong Kong? Sounds like a nice way to spend a Saturday or Sunday afternoon right? Remember how much I loved dinner at Le 39V Hong Kong ? Well guess what, their weekend champagne lunch is as much enjoyable. 

The view from 101/F never gets old. I just love it, day and night. I also love the great service. Julien, the manager, always have a nice word for each and every customer and definitely knows his job. What about the menu? You’ll be treated to 5 courses Seafood platter including oysters, Lobster ceviche and seafood from the market. I always love a fresh start, don’t you? Starters assortment featuring soup of the day (mine was a creamy and comforting pumpkin one), foie gras, marinated or smoke salmon, seafood royale (I might have fallen deeply in love with the sea urchin one I tasted that day), egg Linguine with Autumn Truffle Choice of main Desserts assortment including an iconic soufflé

Of course, the menu is seasonal and subject to changes but it gives you an idea of the feast you’ll be treated too.
