La Maison Goutal is now opened on Fashion Walk

5 little things we love – November
Iconic French Perfume House, Goutal, recently opened the doors of its first flagship in Asia: La Maison Goutal. The beautiful stores, capturing the Parisian elegance and sophisticated style of Goutal, takes you on an aromatic journey through the distinctive olfactive universe of this very unique Parisian Perfume House. We are highly obsessed with the so Instagrammable perfume wall featuring most of the house creations including signatures such as l’Eau d’Hadrien, Petite Chérie (Annick Goutal’s vivacious tribute to her daughter Camille) or Rose Pompon.

Shop 20. G/F, 27-47 Paterson Street, Fashion Walk – Causeway Bay

BLOOMED, Ophelia Jacarini ’s latest solo exhibition opens up this month

5 little things we love – November
We do have to confess feeling fond affection for Ophelia Jacarini, French artist based in Hong Kong. Not only because she is French but also, and most importantly, because we love her work both as an artist (under her own name, Ophelia Jacarini) and as an illustrator (under the name Merakilya  – she is actually the inspired creative mind who designed our logo and all the illustrations on our website). This month, Ophelia is throwing her very own solo exhibition as her own sponsor (and not supported by a gallery) aiming at tracing her journey as an artist and explore her past to shape her future.

MoMA Design Store launches limited-edition products in Hong Kong

5 little things we love – November
Since the opening of K11 MUSEA, one shop I have been visiting again and again is MoMA Design Store. I just love the shop’s perfect selection of art-inspired souvenirs and gifts and highly desirable design objects and it seems like I am about to spend even more money at this shop since its launching limited-edition products to mark the opening of the newly expanded Museum of Modern Art in New York. Am I the only one who can’t resist good branding?
