Well, Devialet is more than just a tech innovator, it is a lifestyle brand with crazy exciting projects coming up. Plus, I must confess a huge crush on their iconic Phantom wireless speaker.
Still not getting why I am so excited about the brand? Head off to Harbour City, where they just opened their second Hong Kong store and get in the immersive room to experience the unique sound of Phantom. Start with something commercial and trendy like Beyoncé and try hard not to get up and dance as if you were seeing her live. Then switch to opera, close your eyes and see how amazingly emotional it gets. You might even wanna clap at the end but remember, it is not live, it is played by the Phantom. The experience wouldn't be complete without a bit of classical music for you to hear and feel each and every orchestra instrument. Watch out, this is highly addictive. Since spending only 30 minutes in the Immersive Room, I now deeply want a Phantom at home.
