La Parisienne is the Parisian beer that we all absolutely love. Just landed in Hong Kong a few months ago, La Parisienne has placed itself in our favorite restaurants. Created in 2014 by Jean Barthelemy Chancel, an artisanal beer aficionado, La Parisienne is brewed and bottled in Paris (13th district) and distilled in white, blond, brown, and red. There is something for all tastes, and the packaging was so pretty that we took a bottle with us, bringing a bit of Paris home!
You are spoiled for choice on places to try it out in Hong Kong – 25 locations in total, including Man Mo Cafe, Bibo, Rotisserie, Neo, Tambour, Figaro, Serge & le Phoque, Plat du jour, Tartine, Cocotte, Upper Modern Bistro, La Vache and the newbie restaurant Garçon Saigon.
