If I say Mercedes what do you think ? Men stuff, cars, boring ? Me, I think yummy ! No I am not crazy, it is just that I have been to Mercedes Me. Mercedes Me ? The lifestyle brand extension of the world’s automotive leader and a crazy restaurant in Central.
Stunning decoration, sofas are made with the same leather as the one used in Mercedes’ cars (how cool is that ?), and endlessly long and beautiful bar that is a true call to vintage cocktails, and Chilean inspired tapas style dishes … Looks like someone is about to have a very crazy and yummy lunch !
One Pisco please (Passion fruit, Lime, Orange, Egg white, Pepper, Spices, Cayenne). This cocktail is driving me loco !

A very special foie gras as an appetizer is something I always appreciate. Don’t you ? But sorry this one is not on the menu, it is a very special, you will only get it if the Chef likes you ! Don’t be sad, because between the Salmon Ceviche with crispy quinoa, the Himachi Tiradito (raw yellowtail fish) with addictive spicy mango sauce, the fresh and so creamy Burrata, the Octopus, the perfectly grilled Australian Aged Wagyu Skirt, you will have more than enough to fill that hungry belly. Our absolute favorite is the diner special Sea Urchin on Nori Cracker with oyster leaf and ponzu ! How decadent and tasty !
Are you up for something sweet? I am! And you definitely don’t want to miss the Ginger Sorbet with White Chocolate and Yogurt Ganache and Passion fruit sauce … A perfect balance between sugary and acidity.
Mercedes Me is definitely fancy. The perfect place for business lunches in the heart of central and also a very cool place for a diner with your lover. Prices are quite high, especially at lunch since there is not set lunch, but you will be rewarded with great food and cool vibes.
