What’s on the menu – Taste of Hong Kong
Taste of Hong Kong is in a month from now and we thought some of you greedy foodie might wanna have a closer look at what’s on the menu this year.
 
Hong Kong Madame perks: make sure to check our Facebook page in the coming days, we will have a nice giveaway and will treat one of you lucky foodie to 2 tickets for taste of Hong Kong 2018.
 
The chef line-up was announced earlier this month and I love it that this year Taste of Hong Kong has gone creative collaborating with Creative Director, Frank Nitty .
Each Chef has his still-portrait taken as a photography and then personal elements such as fav cooking utensils or fav ingredients have been added by Frank together w/ divergent movements. I find the result quite surrealist and very intriguing.  And you know I love a good mouth-watering teasing!
 
And here we go with the chef line-up!

BlackSalt – Chef Taran Chadha

Signature Dish: Kathmandu Meatball Mo’s, a Nepalese staple nicely twisted!
