- Missing France?
Metropolitai n, West of the Island, or Eiffel Bistro, East, these both venues are well-known for their French traditional recipes. At Eiffel, the 498HK$ menu includes, among others, duck foie gras and toasted brioche, roasted duck breast with orange sauce and a Xmas chocolate and chesnut log. Metropolitain suggests its famous Homemade Foie gras (so delicious we can also order one to take-away), scallops with creamy leeks, a tartiflette and Mont d’Or cheese. Joyeux Noël !

- What about a comfy American Xmas Eve?
Head off to Grand Central for a 100% US style Xmas menu. Let’s start with a warm sweet potatoes soup with maple bacon and a roasted beets, pears and blue cheese salad. Then, go for the traditional Turkey and its cherry balsamic jam or the tender US Prime Rib Eye. A pecan pie cheesecake with maple crème Anglaise perfectly ends this « Merry Xmas ».

- A trip to Belgium?
As always at F rites, children will be spoiled. Santa will give them free gifts while you devour your corn chowder mussels, the turkey ballotine or Black Angus roast beef. And they will all come back to share the Xmas brioche pudding.

Amid the twinkling canopy of TST, Spasso ’s festive decor and contemporary Christmas tunes greet diners in a warm, welcoming winter wonderland of lights and tinsel. Chef Tommaso celebrates the spirit of the holiday season through his Christmas inspired dishes including double boil capon consommé, Cotechino sausage laid on braised Castelluccio lentils, pomegranate sauce and winter black truffle petals. And of course the Montebianco, made with meringue, sweetened chestnuts and whipped cream. On Xmas Day, the 25th, the unlimited brunch will add turkey, zampone and much more to its enormous variety of cold cuts, salads, spaghettis and pizza.

At Hutong, Chef Chau Sai To and his talented culinary team present 2 special menus to celebrate « Lao BeiFang” winter solstice, while looking at the breath taking panoramic views of the Hong Kong skyline. Seafood, ginger, sesame, green tea, various spices…. Will be part of the evening. Complete with a selection of desserts such as Green tea mochi with red bean, Crispy glutinous rice dumpling with chocolate, eaten on this day for its warming (or yang) properties.

Enjoy luxury and awesome views at Ozone from the lofty heights of 118th floor of Hong Kong's tallest building for an unforgettable evening. On Xmas Eve, from 6pm to 9pm, a 5-courses diner will start the “Hawaiian Xmas” themed party. DJ Janette will lift your spirits and lure you to the dancefloor with some Luau inspired tunes to match some Hawaiian classic cocktails. The night will see Hula Girl dance performances and a countdown to midnight. Earlier in the day, Santa Claus will join the Christmas Eve Ultimate Dom Pérignon Brunch from noon to 3pm.
