I’m a huge fan of the distinctive smell of rose, always feel like it has a powerful effect on my emotional well-being. And did you know that rose also has some great anti-inflammatory and nutritive properties? We do and so does The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong joining hands with Givenchy to host Givenchy I Believe in Pink Afternoon Tea, inspired by newly released Le Rose Perfecto lipstick collection, at Café 103.
Executive Pastry Chef Richard Long has extracted different shades of pink from natural ingredients such as raspberries and guavas putting together the yummiest and sweetest afternoon tea set featuring (among others):
Pink Kiss, a strawberry tart infused with strawberry confit and strawberry mousse and topped with an alluring lip-shaped chocolate art
Perfect Rose, a lychee rose verrine
I Believe in Pink, a pink guava and vanilla cake decorated with pink guava glaze
