The other day I was interviewed by a lifestyle platform (stay tuned, will share the link soon) and asked to provide a professional portrait for the article … realised that I have known. And you? Do you have a proper portrait? Something that stands out and reveals your personality while being professional? Can you imagine I am spending so much time working on my image on social media and have no professional portrait, not a single one!
Decided to contact someone I already knew for having worked with him before, Harold de Puymorin from HDP Photography. And absolutely loved his approach "We put our energy on collaborating with our customers, thinking together and making the image. Our expertise and sense of creativity will help you stand out and make a real difference". Also had a look at some of the 250+ clients he had been shooting before and loved that I knew few of them and could feel their personality through the pictures. Exactly what I needed, something professional but nothing that will have me look like a dead fish.

Did you know that it takes less than a second for people to draw conclusions on you based on a photo? This photo better be a great one right? But what does it take to make a great picture? Well, based on my experience with Harold it takes a good photographer but not only:

- Advisory: the team helping you to find the best pose and attitude for you to enforce your visual presence
- Project Management: because there’s much more to getting a professional shot than just a shoot and you need someone who can handle all aspects of the production
