What’s up this October?

  • #CookForSyria: a charitable feast

On October 26th, 8 of Hong Kong’s top chef will be cooking a unique 8-course Syrian-inspired banquet in order to support UNICEF’s work for the children in Syria. Event will be hosted at Beef & Liberty and guests will enjoy dishes prepared by Uwe Opocensky (Beef & Liberty & Restaurant Uwe), Peggy Chan (Grassroots Pantry), Nathan Green (Rhoda), Nicholas Chew (Serge et le Phoque), David Lai (Neighbourhood), Agustin Balbi (Haku), Jim Lofdahl (Frantzen's Kitchen) and Nicolas Boutin (Epure).  All proceeds will be donated to The Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF in order to support children affected by the humanitarian crisis in Syria.

  • Accessories with a summer twist

I am not ready to let go off summer, not yet. And nothing like the bohemian accessories by Yucama to make that summer vibes last endlessly: bracelets, rings, necklaces, earrings and pouches, I want absolutely everything!

  • Bespoke catering

Engagement party and wedding day, two very special days in your life which deserve unique food. We already knew and loved Invisible Kitchen ’s picnic hampers but finding out that they also provide bespoke chef-designed catering for weddings and engagement parties just had us want to tie the knot! Dishes to share in a casual style, food stations festival style, buffet or sit down dinner, just discuss your wishes with Head Chef Tom Burney and he will work on creating a bespoke culinary experience for your special day.

  • Online farmers market

I love my food when it’s fresh from the market but let’s be honest I just don’t have the time and love even more having everything delivered straight to our door. But why choose when you can have it both? Fresh and delivered to your door. A huge crush on Jou Sun where I now buy my food directly from farmers, importers and food kitchens. Items are picked up by Jou Sun on the morning of delivery day and then delivered to you to ensure freshness.

Use code HKMADAME for HKD80 off your first order (valid until December 31st 2017)
