We have THE idea for a gift for your friends or yourself. « Les cordons bleus de Hong Kong » has just been released.
340 pages and 155 new recipes created by 5 chefs and a hundred "cordon bleu" from the french community. Some recipes even make allowances for food intolerance. Like the previous ones, this 5th edition was published in French and English, which we deeply appreciate!
All the funding raised from the purchase of the book goes to Les Enfants du Mekong to allow underprivileged children in Southeast Asia go to school.
A book to enjoy again and again!
On sale at the French school's fair in Hung Hom on June 18, at the cafe of Hong Kong Accueil and at Parenthèse (French Bookshop) from September.
