4 new brunches for the summer
By Delphine

If you’re staying in Hong Kong this summer, you’ll definitely want to try these new brunches. On a terrace or under the AC, with kids or friends, they will fill your plate and soul.

Looking for Thai? Head to CAFÉ SIAM
25 dishes on the menu you can order as much as you want. I love this concept. It’s like a buffet but even better. Fresher (nothing is cooked in advanced), more eco-friendly (no kgs of waste at the end of the day), and more friendly (you don’t leave the table every 10 mins to go get some food). Spring rolls are light and crispy, Tom Yum Soup is delicate, pomelo salad is perfect, currys are flavourful. Don’t be shy and try new things, everything is good. The room is spacious and bright. One of the best deal on HK island.

Relaxing ambience and hearty dishes, the perfect American brunch!
