Brunch, brunch, brunch. My favorite activity of a successful Sunday!
We have many choices in Hong Kong that’s true… but it is finally not easy to find the RIGHT spot for a perfect brunch.
Shore has redesigned its rooftop and successfully launched its own version of brunch which has everything to be loved.
An outdoor space – When the sun is out, I am always looking for a terrace just like in Paris. Shore rooftop is one of my favorite as it is big enough for groups but can be also intimate if you want so.
BBQ – What’s best than the smell of the meat or the fish on the grill? Summer is here for good!
Bubbles – Veuve Clicquot free flow to toast!
The salad bar – Non guilty pleasures with locally sourced and produced fresh vegetables.
The waffle station – Such an amazing idea! Fruits? Chocolate sauce? Ice cream? You decide and make your own one!
The desserts buffet – not a big fan of waffle? Then enjoy the fruits, cheesecake, chocolate cake, macarons… (You can also if you love waffles as well ;)
Kids friendly – Noted that kinds under 12 eat for free. I bet they will order a chocolate milkshake… you should to…for your Instagram feed!
In a nutshell, Brunch by the Shore is a really cool brunch, with all the ingredients to have an amazing time.
