f you are a fan of Gaucho's London branch you can imagine our excitement when we heard the news of its opening in Hong Kong. If like us, you are fans of Argentine meat, you will be happy. Like all of its other global locations, the interiors of Hong Kong's Gaucho stands out: dark / chic, subdued lighting, flaboyant black and white cowhide interior, and chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. As for the food, it doesn't fail to disarm. We began with a delicious array of ceviche, the "burratina" and "chorizo sausage" as starters. Then, we were given a large variety of meat delicacies to try out. We opted for the "Trio of medallions" and a beautiful piece of Chateaubriand. Tender and smooth in the mouth. Be careful to take it easy on the cheese bread though - just have a small amount - if you want to finish your dinner. To wash it all down, the sommelier will guide your wine choices. Flawless for us (as you can see from this review).
In short, our love story continues ...
