Tucked away in the new building on On Lan Street in Central, ON Dining is absolutely killing it, and has got the whole of Hong Kong raving. Chef Philippe Orrico (the mastermind behind Michelin-starred Upper Modern Bistro), has teamed up with the crème de la crème: Jeremy Evrard, who used to be the Four Seasons’ Restaurant Director, Nicolas Deneux, the previous Chef Sommelier at the Grand Hyatt, and Giancarlo Mancino, ex-bartender at Otto e Mezzo.
You get the idea, there’s not much more to say. Everything in your plate is beautifully presented and delicious. The interior, a Duplex, has a lounge area with a really nice terrace and a cool atmosphere. Perfect for pre-dinner drinks or sharing a cheese platter (the cheeses are insane!!). The restaurant on the bottom part is quieter and more formal. You still get to see the cooks in action from the huge open kitchen. We’ll be back:-)
