The concept is inspired by Chef Hideaki Matsuo of 3-Michelin starred Osaka restaurant Kashiwaya, a stalwart of modern Japanese cuisine, and is led on the ground by Executive Chef Agustin Balbi, Hong Kong Tatler’s Best New Chef 2016. Innovative and interactive, HAKU presents contemporary Japanese dishes with a European twist. The menu is made for sharing with the freshest and highest quality ingredients flown in daily from Japan.
