Once again, L’Éclair de Génie has everything right and knows how to please us with scrumptious new recipes. Fruity and full of vitamins, these 4 éclairs and one barlette are as pretty as yummy.
The Chantilly/strawberry is smooth and crunchy. The coconut/mango is exotic and aromatic just as we like it. The blueberry is delicate but my favorite is the pineapple/lime which creates the perfect interweave of sweet and sour treat. My husband finished the Pistachio/strawberry barlette before I could taste it…
