LA CREMERIE, Hong Kong’s first cheese shop!
By Lily
“crèmerie” – in French, word meaning ‘dairy shop’, a place where people would traditionally go to stock up on fresh produce such as milk and cheese.
Synonym: little paradise

I love Hong Kong so much because I can eat everything! But when it comes to cheese (I mean real artisan cheese not supermarket ones), that’s another story! That was before the passionate team behind LQV’s success story decides to transform Swatow Street into a foodie cluster.

La Cremerie has an offer of 70 different types of French cheese and Myriam, the in-house Cheese Master is here to guide you in this cheese heaven. Within the maturation room inside the shop, she ensures daily that cheese is offered to customers at the right time. All products are directly imported from the best French producers: blue, hard, soft, cow’s, sheep’s, goat’s, cheeses from Jura, Provence, Normandie… the wide selection is unique and impressive. You will also shop butter (salted and unsalted), cream, and don’t forget the incredible country bread you finish baking at home.

Last but not least, the prices are decent! No need to open your piggy bank anymore to afford cheese in Hong Kong. Now the question is… who’s IN for a Wine and Cheese party?! ;)
