The adorable Francesco opened Moyo on Aberdeen Street January 1st of this year. He plates up Koreans specialities with Italian twists. Your taste buds will be dancing!
The culinary voyage between Korea and Italy begins with marinated tomato and kimchi bruschetta, that moreish spicy fermented cabbage, Yum! It goes on with the bulgoghi, succulent marinated beef with seasonal mushrooms. Naturally, you have to sample the bibimbap, the traditional Korean dish with rice, vegetables, meat and soy marinated egg, served in a sizzling stone pot. Then, just give into to the tempting “kimchi disco fries”, spicy and SO tasty! To finish off with something sweet, try the green tea tiramisu – simply delicious, and the “cream and beans”, vanilla ice-cream, tofu, soy milk, chocolate and almonds, exquisitely surprising!
The restaurant has such a great vibe and Francesco is attentive to your every need. Top marks! A must-try right away!
For the bill, expect $200-$300 per head.
