You know me … Never the last when it comes to stuff myself with pornfood. But, as much as I love eating, I am also sometimes keen to go green. Thanks god, Fresca is just a 5 min walk from my office!
Fresca? My new addiction. If I say healthy, vegetarian, locally sourced … Boring? Well guess what … It is absolutely not. And it is crazy delicious. Says the girl who is dropping to that friendly place twice a week. I am always going for the regular salad: a mix based of salad and brown rice and a choice of two toppings. Topping choice … I hate that! Why can’t I have them all? Korean tofu (cannot help but always go for this one), spicy beans, pumpkin in coconut milk, sweet potatoes, tahini zucchinis … If two is not enough, you can still go for the large salad w/ 3 toppings or add extra ones for only HKD 10.
Try to resist the adorable pumpkin muffins just next the cash desk. This is evil! Well whatever, I’ll have one! Or maybe a green tea cookie.
Salad is not your thing? No worries, the homemade grilled panini looks like a very decadent treat. Healthy and decadent … I like that !
Take away or seat-in? The upstairs room is just so cute and if you come weekdays, you’ll have great chances to drop by me. Let’s share our so fresh, so Fresca lunch together, what you think?
