All your eyes need to do for entertainment is look all around, and for the flavours, leave chef Paco Roncero to do the magic! We recommend the 'gambas al ajillo' and the 'XXI century' omelette to accompany pre- dinner drinks. Then for the main meal, our favourite is the beef tenderloin with ibérico panceta and potato ravioli, which was cooked to perfection.
