Café Gray Deluxe

Café Gray Deluxe
We’ve been told to try the Cafe Gray Deluxe. You realize that this advice has not fallen on deaf ears. No need to chase us! We enter the sublime building, surrounded by a sweet smell of spring. We go up to 49th floor, and now place to serious business. It is so CHIC! Sober colours, uncluttered deco, and spaced tables. At the height of clouds, the view is breathtaking. As usual, the bread came first. And as usual, we wolf it down! Especially when it’s so delicious. On the main courses side, we recommend you the sea bass and its small vegetables, or the salmon omelette, accompanied by some ultra thin fried potatoes. Nothing to add, it's just perfect. For dessert, we've fallen for the floating island enhanced by some candyfloss. A delight for the eyes and a moment of pure pleasure for the greedy ones. The apple crumble and cinnamon are also marvellous. At lunch, you can go for a HK$300 menu or just for the day’s special. Enjoy!
