Some of you might know it already but lately I have been pretty focused on my well-being. Not that I wanna change my way of life (and no I’m not gonna stop eating what I love and having a glass of wine whenever I want #sorrynotsorry) but just have felt like I could pay a little more attention to my mind and my body. Finding the right workout for me 1 year ago – barre2barre- and hitting the barre every day since then has definitely been a key factor in myself feeling better and starting to love my body again but implementing some new routine including using more pure and natural products (beauty products but also household products) has also been a nice way to take care of my well-being.
Along this process of changing some of my habits and implementing some new routines I have tested a few brands and products and one that I love is Puressentiel. Not a 100% brand-new discovery, I actually knew the brand from France (where it is originated from) but a nice rediscovery with Puressentiel now being available in 8 Watsons across Hong Kong.
I’ve been stocking on a few of their products and definitely love the idea of using purer and more natural products. Here are my 3 favs!

The Purifying Air Spray which contains a unique blend of 41 essential oils. Let’s be honest with that humidity and heat, I always welcome a little extra touch of air purification and the scent of this product is just so nice. The Rest & Relax Air Spray is to be used pretty much the same way as the Purifying one but at night, before going to bed as it uses a nice bland of 12 essential oils with soothing and relaxing properties. I really love this brand-new evening routine and feel like I have been sleeping like a baby lately.
Ok now confession time, that’s not a sexy thing but I got a terribly bad blood circulation and tend to bloat and have heavy legs and swollen body ends due to the heat (I told you, not sexy). But on top of not being sexy (which is important because I am not kicking my ass off at the gym to get that bikini body ready just to end up with swollen feet #fml) it can also be quite painful. I do sometimes feel pain in my legs for up to 4 days after getting off the plane and I really hate this sensation. Lately, I have been quite addicted to this Heavy Legs Express Tonic Sprayspraying it over tights before flying and massaging my legs with it after traveling or whenever they felt heavy and I can tell you the fresh and soothing sensation is addictive!
Some other products that I have been using are the Anti-sting Repellent and Soothing Spray(god I really really hate mosquitos and god knows why they do love me very much) and the Muscles & Joints Roller.
You know what? Writing this article, I realise how much my vision of well-being has changed over the past few months. A year ago, I wouldn’t have been that excited about that kind of products and would have been like “leave me alone with your relaxing spray, I don’t need that I want a fancy night cream” while today I realise how much taking care well-being is part of my daily routine (but don’t take me wrong, I still love fancy creams and beauty products … maybe even too much). Well definitely gonna keep using and trying more Puressentiel's products on my way toward a more conscious and well-being oriented lifestyle.
