But the gap between conscience and action is not always easy to cross. The association "Enfants du Mékong" exists for more than 50 years. A bet that paid off, a great adventure! Half a century of commitment for the children in difficult situation in South East Asia. Hundreds of ultra-committed voluntaries spread between French headquarters, Asian regional delegations and on the field. The association aims at helping children, to offer them a future without cutting them from their roots, culture, family and language. You can immediately become the patron of a child. It is not just about giving money every month to him/her, but more about creating a connection with the child. You will be able to follow the kid education, discuss by mail etc. For approx. HK$250 a month, you give a child the opportunity to go to school and to learn instead of having to work.
