BAM - for “BON A MANGER” (literally good to eat) - is a very unique place in Hong Kong: a wine bar/delicatessen shop.
True lover of French good products, Manu (from Stan Café that needs no introduction!) is a bit our Santa Claus all year.
In addition to providing the best Hong Kong bread (when it is still hot, it borders perfection!), Manu selects the best of quality products made in France.
Terrines and foie gras from Samaran, cheeses from Maison Beillevaire (but also their butter, cream and yoghurt), the delicious juices from le Coq Toqué or Bobosse deli... YUMMY!
BAM also offers daily pastries (croissants, cannelés, chouquettes), but also a selection of wine.
For breakfast, lunch, dinner or an aperitif, BAM is perfect and you can enjoy homemade dishes just like home: quiche, soup, or croque-monsieur.
BAM has celebrated its first anniversary, and we wish it will keep bringing amazing products from France to Hong Kong.
OK, now I am dreaming of Saint Nectaire cheese, eggplant terrine and good bread, don’t you? :)
