Sunday Brunch is always the highlight of a successful week end. And what's better than a luxury one with a  breath-taking view ? Then give a try to the first HK restaurant from Moscow based Bulldozer Group?
 
Getting off the lift, the first impression is wow! The restaurant boasts an impressive 10, 000 sqf space with an amazing rooftop terrace (to be kept in mind for after work drinks or next dates!).
The view is breathtaking! The decor is contemporary and we love the atmosphere with the huge windows and crystal chandeliers.
 
The brunch starts with luxury – Siberian Sturgeon caviar served with blinis, egg, shallot and crème fraiche. That’s a nice start!
 
We were impressed by the gorgeous buffet including mixed oysters, a selection of sashimis, a yummi ceviche, a delicious tuna tartare (with avocado and truffle), a colorful beetroot salad with watermelon and feta, an amazing Greek salad, and a rainbow trout carpaccio. There is also a Caesar salad station to create the salad of your choice!
Everything was super tasty and the quality of the ingredients is amazing.
 
Here comes the main, with three options to choose from: salmon, tuna or chicken. My choice was the grilled miso salmon with lime and it was absolutely delicious.
 
Last but not least, the sweet touch! The dessert platter with fresh fruits and pastries (yuzu tart, peanut butter bar and cheesecake) was simply perfect.
 
Created by executive chef James Cornwall, the Sunday brunch is a great option to add to your ‘to do list’.
The only damper is the service – as it is often the case in Hong Kong: slow and not paying enough attention.
Plus we were served cava instead of the menu listed Perrier Jouet champagne.
However, despite those hick-ups it’s definitely a must-try for delicious fresh seafood, the amazing buffet with high quality ingredients and the stunning view.
 
Would you resist following up your brunch with a drink (or two!) on the beautiful terrace? ;) We didn't!
