Cheese and wine night at the Four Seasons Hong Kong
The ultimate French evening... and even more so when it's hosted at the Four Seasons! This is a treat you just can't refuse (yes, of course you have to go to one of HK's top restaurants to satisfy your needs!). Don't worry though, we're not about to make you burn your credit card on a pricey dinner! Instead, head for the bar area - which has recently been refurbished - where you'll find all sorts of cheese and charcuterie to enjoy. The space is chic and inviting, but not intimidating, and their big arm chairs are so good! We ordered a charcuterie slate, the pâté en croûte and 'a bit of everything' to sample as many cheeses as possible. Obviously we asked the sommelier to help us make the all important wine choices. What a fantastic symphony of tastes and flavours it was- and a total pleasure to hear the cheese master describing the cheeses and their producers - you could really imagine all the places he described! Overall, this is a great idea for an evening with friends.
