Foxy Lola’s top tip Kundalini, a healthy mind in a healthy body…
If you are looking for an activity which is both sporty and spiritual, you will love Kundalini. The concept is to activate the circulation of vital energy that resides in all of us and wake up your inner conscience by mastering this energy. According to Kundalini theory, we all have an energetic snake curled up in our spine, that we need to diffuse to all our chakras to develop our spirituality and vitality. Sounds bold but it works amazingly. We feel so good afterwards, like magnetized…We can literally feel the energy running through out body! Kundalini is practiced by mixing breathing exercises, yoga poses, and meditation. The goal is to become conscious of your energy (it works every time and it’s honestly bluffing), before starting the aerobic session (because, you know, mental clarity is better in a killer body) and finishing with some meditation. When you walk out of a Kundalini class, you feeling in perfect harmony and so full of energy that you will spend the rest of the day like in a dream, with a healthy glow as an added bonus…The secret for refocusing yourself and dealing with daily stress. Icing on the cake, it boosts your immune system.
