HIT45 is an indoor boot camp studio located in the heart of Central, Stanley Street. A 45-minute high intensity workout that will make you sweat! Whether you're a beginner or an athlete, there will always be a challenge for you.
From 7am to 7pm, every hour a new intensive session of 45 minutes between the treadmill and exercises with weight or on the floor.
Check the schedule, it can be a full body session or focus on arms, abs or legs – depends on the day.
