The opening of Linguini Fini will give Italian Mamas some competition! This new Italian restaurant that has been launched by IHM (Cantopop and Posto Pubblico) will delight your taste buds! Home-made “pastas” and sausages, pork without growth hormones, organic vegetables from Homegrown Foods; eating Italian food has never been as healthy! We tried out the set lunch at HKD98 that consisted of a starter, a main course and coffee or tea. We went for the green salad mix and minestrone to start with and then linguini with tomatoes and fettucine with mushrooms. Plentiful, refined and delicious. The antipasti and the “dolce” also looked good. Perfect as we’ll have to come back anyway to taste the “naturally infused” pastas (different tastes are available). We really liked the décor by Start From Zero, Hong Kong’s street artists. It’s quite trendy and has a bit of a New York feel to it, we’re fans! There’s a warm welcome, the service is quick and efficient. We recommend you visit this place ASAP!
