Recommended for all women who want to relax and return to a baby’s skin, it’s also perfect for new mums (just like me). Bye-bye heaviness around the eyes because of sleep deprivation, bye-bye back pain due to carrying a baby, bye-bye stress and welcome to a brand-new mummy re-stored and relaxed.
You will start with the usual questionnaire (you can even choose the music you want in the treatment room) followed by some time in the relaxing room (plan to arrive in advance to enjoy the water bed and the quietness) and here comes the therapist.
A very pleasant footbath and hop, time to lay down for a complete exfoliation with exotic flowers, Ylang ylang, vanilla, salt and coffee. Blood circulation is stimulated and dead skin cells are removed. A quick shower (nice to have a private one in the room) and hop, back again on the bed for a very long moisturizing, relaxing, stimulating massage. Divine!! Hard not to fall asleep. Then my body is layered in mineralizing marine algae and wrapped like a spring roll. I forget about this comparison very quickly as the facial starts. Exfoliation, gentle scrub, mask, creams… you’ ll get everything. The therapist hands are magical, now I can’t help falling asleep. Sorry I cannot tell what happened until she woke me up. These 180 mins went too fast. Under the shower, my skin is soft as it’s never been. I am ready for more relaxing time in the resting room, a cup of ginger tea ready to hand.
Do I really have to go back home? I just want to come back…
