Morning beauty routine
I cleanse my face with Avene’s Extremely Gentle Cleanser Lotion (I’ve been using it for years), and tone with natural rose water.

I moisturise my skin with Clinique’s Moisture Surge Intense Skin Fortifying Hydrator. I then have the Sponge experts do my makeup and hair. If I need my eyelash extensions topped-up, the Sponge lash technician will come as well.

Make-up habits
I’m lucky enough to have been given tips and tricks by the Sponge makeup artists. When I do my makeup myself, I make sure to use a primer.

Benefit CosmeticsPOREfessional is my favourite primer in the Hong Kong humidity. To apply foundation, I use a makeup sponge. A fun tip includes making sure your makeup sponge is wet before applying foundation to stop the sponge itself being filled with the foundation so you don’t waste any makeup. My favourite foundation is BECCA’s Ultimate Coverage Complexion Crème – I’ve been using it for the past 6 years. I use a Bobbi Brown concealer, the Guerlain Terracotta Bronzer, Benefit CosmeticsKa-Brow eyebrow gel, the ZOEVA and Urban Decay’s Naked eyeshadow palettes and a Bobbi Brown clear lipgloss. I apply lots of highlighter – I stack two different types of highlighters to add dimension. Some of the highlighters I use are from Huda Beauty, BECCA and Wet N Wild. My favourite look is a dark smokey eye paired with nude lips and glowing skin, which is ‘The Influencer’ makeup look from the Sponge Menu.

Haircare routine
I’m lucky enough to also have been given tips and tricks by the Sponge hairstylists when it comes to blowdrying, curling and braiding. I’ve just died my hair blonde so I’ve gotten serious about taking care of my hair. I generally use a MINU shampoo as it’s sulphate-free and it’s great for coloured hair.

I use Kevin Murphy’s Blonde Angel Wash, a purple shampoo, once a week to prevent the blonde colour in my hair from getting a yellow tone. I use Milbon’s WillowLuxe hair treatment as a conditioner, as I was recommended this Japanese brand by one of the Sponge hairstylists. It’s amazing. I also do an Olaplex Number 3 hair treatment once a week. I leave it in overnight and it repairs my hair and makes it silky.

Evening beauty routine
I’m adamant about taking off all of my makeup at night. I use Neutrogena makeup remover wipes, then cleanse with Avene’s Extremely Gentle Cleanser Lotion. I use rose water again to tone my skin. To moisturise, I’ll do BEYOND’s canola honey mask from Jeju, then I’ll apply Clinique’s Moisture Surge Intense Skin Fortifying Hydrator. I’ll apply Clinique’Smart Custom-Repair Eye Treatment and Nivea lip balm. I then use coconut oil to moisturise my body.

Fav skincare product
Coconut oil. It’s natural and nothing hydrates my skin better. You can also leave it in your hair overnight for a great hair mask.

It’s so hard for me to choose my favourite makeup product! I would say BECCA’s Ultimate Coverage Complexion Crème because I have yet to find a heavy coverage foundation that feels as light as this one. It’s amazing.

One secret tip for a healthy skin
Be religious about taking off your makeup and making sure you go to bed with clean skin.

One secret beauty address in Hong Kong (spa, beauty shop, hairdresser …)
Anywhere! With Sponge, you can have beauty professionals come to you anywhere you like – your home, your office, your hotel, your event, etc. So any address is a beauty address thanks to Sponge!

Any workout routine
I workout 6 days a week. I lift heavy weights and do HIIT exercises for 4 days, and I do cardio for 2 days. It’s therapeutic.

One little guilty pleasure
Cheese, cheese, and more cheese. Preferably paired with a glass of Bordeaux.
