Passion opens a bakery in Wanchai

Or Hong Kong’s real new bakery. Finally, it was high time! We dreamt about it, Gerard Dubois, head of La Rose Noire, did it! Great bread, all sorts of tarts, creme brulees, mille-feuilles, croissants, apple puff pastries, sweet buns and pains au chocolat. The choice is huge! You can find all the French classics and sweet treats. It warms your heart and your taste buds! We like the whole grain and cereal bread and the baguette. We love the chocolate cake, smooth and melting, just like we like it! We heard the nougat and macaroons are just as good! You can also have lunch there: salads, savory tarts and sandwiches are waiting for you. So enjoy and leave a few crumbs for everyone else!
