Pastis is located in the heart of Wyndham Street. A soft mix of Paris and the south of France. We feel good, almost as good as home. Familiar tastes which make you want to go back home. It is insatiable. What a pleasure, so far away from France, to be able to enjoy our favourite food. Opened for 8 months already, the restaurant is still crowded. A real success among the Frenchies. One thing leading to another (or toasted ham and cheese sandwich leading to chocolate fondant) Pastis managed to make its nest within this frenetic district. Jérôme and Oliver (Olivier if you want to say it "à la Française") put their hearts into this masterpiece they created, and we have to admit it, for us it's just pleasure!
If you haven't tried it out, it is now time to go. On the top of high bar stool, enjoying the great taste of the French wine, you will love to meet, chat and especially flavour all those courses concocted with love. Pastis, challenge met!
