Soi 7: The new Thai on Wyndham Street

Koh Thai left number 57 Wyndham Street but Thai food lovers do not despair, a new joint has already opened its doors at the exact same location. And it’s even better then before! A more elaborate decor, dishes that are more delicate and nicely presented, we like and recommend Soi 7. The Lunch set includes a starter, a main and a drink (coffee/tea/soft). An extra 20$ will get you dessert (cheesecake or tiramisu with a Thai twist!). The rolls were delicious as were the gyozas. The banana flower salad was superb, but could have been more generous. So best go for the melt in your mouth Fai-Dang aubergine served with rice. Those who need protein can go for the grilled fish or beef curry. We’ll come back one evening to test out the a la carte menu, notably for the Kraprow burger that caught our eye or the lobster Pad Thai that sounds totally scrumptious.
