After a long winter of interminable rain, the sun is finally out for us to all enjoy. The warmth and HUMIDITY also!
And if like me, you use all kinds of tools and gadgets to tame your mane with not much success each day, I have a solution. And it will radically change your life!
Head straight for Sozo Hair Design. It was the adorable Doan who took care of my hair, and in French too ladies! He gave me excellent hair advice, while he chopped off all my dead ends with a pair of scissors and found a cure for my wilting hair: Olaplex, a product coming straight from the US provides deep hair repair as well as Brazilian straightening to remove all frizziness.
The first step was a shampoo to open up my hair follicles and prepare them for the Olaplex treatment. Next,
Doan meticulously applied keratin lotion all over my hair. Next was a blow dry followed by a hair straightener set at 230 degrees to activate the product. Next, a rinse.
The final treatment was promptly applied, followed by another blow dry and at this point, it was already surprising how beautiful my hair was looking - soft, shiny, beautiful and above all frizz-free.
Do note that the whole process takes around three hours, a long time but you won’t even notice as you enjoy the company of Doan and his fun team!
The hair should not be washed for the next 48 hours. I followed this rule. It was thus two days afterwards that I finally washed my hair at home (using products from a brand called Brazilian Blowout with zero sulfate, which I had bought at the hair salon to help retain the effects of the keratin). And after the wash, I could really see a miracle. My hair remains soft, straight and beautiful.
I can only advice you to go for it with no hesitation.
