What did you say ? A strange name for this Organic Bakery! The shop is hardly noticeable but it might hide one of the best bread in Hong Kong! All of the products are made without any food additives, pure organic! The baguette and the sourdough bread are really good and they stay fresh until the next day! Toasted in the morning for your breakfast and it will make a delicious start of the day. If you have any cravings in the afternoon we recommend you to choose the muffins, they are exquisite. You can also get a fougasses or focaccias for your aperitif or diners with friends. A selection of these will make a big impression on your guests and satisfy any palate.
