You can feel that we are excited and you are right because we are still licking our lips! If you love oriental pastries, you have come at the right time. Hurry up to order and devour your favorite cakes. To our great delight, Yasmine, originally from Algeria, left the finance sector and has returned to her first love, cooking. Her passion is a family story. At home, and forever, concocting pastries is a way of life, to welcome or meet again around a nice mint tea and discuss about anything and everything! “My mother who is very attached to traditions, always kept a box of biscuits for unannounced visitors. Serving coffee with store-bought cookies was just unconceivable for her!!!” Yasmine tells us. Basically, we like the character and love her treats. Never mind our backsides, they will get over it. As long as we are indulging ourselves and our stomachs are happy, we are in heaven. So thank you Yasmine! The little extra? Many of the cakes are flour-less and butter-less (almonds naturally contain high-quality fat). So it’s gluten-free and lactose-free. She can adapt the ones that contain butter for lactose intolerant and Jewish customers.
