Edit - January 7th 2018: this restaurant is now closed
Mesa or table in English. It’s slightly by chance that we stepped into this restaurant. And what a surprise! Classy! Nice décor! We loved it! Brown and black shades, dim and peaceful lighting, a bar, high or low tables (whichever you prefer, depending on your mood), the kitchen behind a glass pane, in short, it was a great start! We ordered – possibly too much! We’ll never learn to be reasonable will we? We tasted the dishes, and we liked them! The jamón ibérico of course, the croquetas (because a Spanish dinner without croquetas is like Sunday roast without the gravy), the gaspacho, the fried king prawn skewers and the lobster (a small wonder). Even if you’re not hungry anymore, order the chocolate dessert; it’s incredible. We’re still trying to get over it! Thankfully because there’s one snare in the story – they didn’t serve churros!
